Senior Full Stack Engineer

Rho builds fintech products in crypto across trading, exchange, and DeFi workflows. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend depth to own the user-facing layer across our products.

This is a frontend-leaning full stack role for someone who enjoys working on sophisticated financial products and turning complex workflows into elegant, high-performance web experiences. You will build and maintain client-facing applications, work with real-time data and Web3 integrations, and contribute to backend services, internal tools, and product infrastructure where needed.

We expect you to use AI fluently as part of your engineering workflow: to research problems, shape solutions, accelerate delivery, and improve execution quality. You should be comfortable taking an idea from an initial conversation to a production-ready result

• Product Ownership: Own the frontend experience across multiple products, from UX decisions to implementation quality.‍
• Application Development: Build and maintain client-facing web applications across trading and DeFi products.‍
• Solution Design: Turn ambiguous inputs into clear, production-ready solutions.‍
• Real-Time & Web3 Workflows: Work with real-time market data, charting, wallet flows, and smart contract integrations.‍
• Full Stack Contribution: Contribute to backend services, APIs, internal tools, analytics surfaces, and integrations where needed.‍
• Frontend Foundations: Help shape frontend architecture, reusable components, testing practices, and overall product quality.‍
• Execution: Balance speed, polish, and maintainability in a startup environment.

• Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production.
• Full Stack Capability: Senior-level frontend expertise, with the ability to work across the stack when needed.
• AI-Native Workflow: Fluent, effective use of AI for solution design, problem solving, implementation, and iteration.
• Domain Experience: Prior experience in DeFi, crypto, trading, exchanges, or adjacent fintech products.
• Real-Time & Web3 Experience: Experience building real-time interfaces and working with Web3 integrations.
• Product Sense: Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.• Communication: Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented way of working.
• Autonomy: Comfortable operating independently and moving quickly with low-clarity inputs.
• Relevant stack: React 18, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Zustand, TanStack Query, WebSockets, TradingView, Wagmi, Viem, Ethers.js, OpenAPI/Orval, Vitest, MSW, Docker, GitHub Actions.
